How are these mounted? Cause I don't think that there are any bolts there.

It uses the factory bolt locations on the bed floor as well as the one up at top. The 3 5/16 bolts that go on the side have to be drilled.

Gotcha. Is there anything to thread them into? Just seems like threading them into the metal there might cause some issues in the future.

Never heard of them, but they look pretty promising. Is the advantage that its lighter than a traditional propane tank (and I'm assuming the DOT approved part)?

Not personally, but they are owned by Ragasco, so maybe it's a rebrand / marketing thing. And they have been around for a while. I believe they profited when their competitor Lite Cylinder collapsed after their products were recalled.

I am all about saving weight, but shits too expensive IMO and you may get retailers who refuse to fill it out of fear.

I spent $50 on an 11 pound steel bottle and it will last for 20+ years and beat the piss out of it and it's still safe. :)

For the most part. It also takes up less space compared to a standard propane tank that's really wide. The only thing I don't like is you have to get it refilled. It's not like swapping a bottle out at the gas station.

That's what I've been doing and it takes up too much space and I hate dragging it out of the bed for camping. Plus they look cool lol.
