FYI, I shipped a set of springs from Las Vegas to Sacramento using Golden State Overnight (GSO) and it was under $20. They put them on a pallet and everything for me. I had to open and account with them but that was easy. I will for sure use them again when needed.

Don't mean to beat a dead horse but what is you guys' take on welding junctions? Weld each tube individually or as an assembly?

i start middle tube connection then switch off opposite sides on the outers. good heat dispersion and penetration is what matters imo

I've done it with welding the center tube first then the other ones, the pic I posted I did the left and right tubes all the way first then the center one... That way I think is easier to do

When I bought my truck it came with a defined spring under kit (leaf springs, shackles, all the other stuff), I sold it to a member on here and used fastenal to ship it from california to colorado for $50, it was the same price to ship to vermont. Thats for heavy leaf springs and stuff, they ship to any fastenal location around the U.S. Cheap, easy, and reliable. Now getting someone to ship is another story. When I was in texas the "used part market" was literally non existent.

In San Diego you're looking at about 3.30 foot. I get a better deal than that because of my account but it's not that much better.

I pay about $60 a stick. It would be cheaper if I actually picked it up, but I prefer to get it in full 18-23' sticks instead of having it cut for transport, so instead getting a discount I pay full price and take advantage of the free delivery
