    Sorry, next week wont work for me. I still have truck projects to complete. Alt this weekend and the new radiator will get here mid week next week.

    I did stop by Ace today. found a brass spacer the correct OD and ID that I can cut down to size. Or at least try to first cut, then grind, then file to the correct size. It's about 1" long right now.

    No aluminium, they did have some steel in the right ID but was very thin walled, like less that 1/16th thick. I chose the brass one. Seems like it might be easier to work with because its soft. Do you think it will crush when the mounting bolt is tightened down?
