What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Yeah, I love the concept and ethos of it. Stoked to try it out.

I hope not! It's all soft cordura on the back, so it seems fine. I basically routed the bottom buckles up through the space between the tailgate and the bed (had to hold the gate at a bit of an angle while doing it, adjusted them as tight as I could, and then threw the top straps over the top of the gate. All the buckles meet on the inside of the tail gate.

 

May have to get one since camping season is starting back up. Thanks!

 

I'll report back on how it works slung over the gate after this weekend!

I wanted to go 285/75r16 was original plan but ended up coming home with 265s but still incredibly happy

Gave the truck a good coat of wax and Optiseal'd the paint

 

Ask yourself this question. If it will stop a leak what else will it stop? It might stop up a oil pump, or any other place that oil goes. If it doesn't leak don't fix it.

 

Installed the ARB 2500 that arrived today from the "group buy" fiasco.

 

I've never liked the factory steel wheels. Very bland looking IMO. So I decided to paint them. I've seen many people paint them black but the all black rim doesn't appeal to me so I went with white for more of an old school look and to keep all the colors on the truck just white and black.

 

Cool, looks like a hotwheel! Time to go play witn it in the dirt.
