I canceled the order and took my business elsewhere. I just ordered the HID conversion kid from Mod-Express.

They finally sent me RMA information for the bad ballast. I'll replace it but they want the ballast back first, which takes a week to get there. Then "processing" and then a week for them to ship it back out to me. So, basically I'd be stuck without headlights for another three weeks.

Mod-Express' Priority shipping is cheaper than standard shipping with DDM tuning.

It's a shame because they offer BMW parts for a good price.

 

Is Chad here? I'm going to be in Baltimore next week.
