I used dupli-color white rim paint. The black on the centers is the same paint I used on the rack as there was still some left. VHT bumper and trim paint. I like how that covered.

additives stop leaks by working on the seals (high mileage oil does this as well). If you don't already have leak issues, don't use leak additives. This could (shouldn't, but could) cause your seals to expand and CAUSE a leak... better safe than sorry IMO, just use a good quality oil

That's very cool, it's a great nod to the old school wagon wheels of the 80s

That looks sweet! I've been getting prepared to paint the stock steel wheels on my 5-lug a dark gray, anthracite type color but I think your post has sold me on white. I'm still thinking anthracite for the center caps, however.

Big weekend coming up, oil change, spark plugs, changing the oil in both diffs and transfer case. also picking up the parts to do the rear diff breather mode from Toyota today. Last night my maintenance light stopped blinking and stayed on so perfect timing.

I bet that would look nice. I just wanted the contrast of white and black on the wheels. And seeing the rest of the truck is white and black....
    Good luck on your project.

I used the dupli-color white wheel paint. HWP-100. I wasn't looking for a perfect white match. I got it off Amazon. The black was VHT black bumper and trim paint.
