Added some Westin's 4in Nerf bars

 

Late night project on the quicksand...installing black out curtains in the snug top.

Just had a Toyota dealership sell the Quicksand truck I was given a quote on out from under me. Then they had the balls to say they would sell me another truck on there lot! I did find it on cars.com and it was not spoken for. I did offer a deposit but was told that's not required. Guess it would not be right to say the name of the dealership but they are close Montgomery mall in Bethesda Maryland.

 

Picked it up last Monday and loving everything about it

Put in a set of Husky floor mats and PacRack and sliders are next.

Also pulled her first trailer. Building an adventure trailer for camping and longer road trips to have plenty of space. We are actually taking the 4Runner Trail on our camping trips normally, but I'm doing some around the town hauling with it at the moment. Decided to build something utility and camping, not just 1 or the other. Get more, well, utility out of that way

Yeah, fortunately I did not put a stop on my order. They still have no idea when the truck will get built. Seems to be some issue with building a Quicksand MT w/Tech package.

 

The M12 sticker is the label order of when the dashboard components are installed at the assembly line. My dealer told me they forget to remove them sometimes. I had the same question when this label was on mine when I picked it up.

 

Yup, this is the same order I have in.. Put down deposit about a month ago. Dealer is still waiting on allocation.

 

That's odd, where I am most of trucks have premium & tech. I waited for mine because I didn't want either package. I think the color was harder to get I think the dealer got 2 quicksand and one was mine.

It took a month for mine to get accepted, but they did tell me it would be 8 to 12 weeks for them to get it when I ordered it.
