A while back we removed the powder coat gloss black option due to some issues with getting a consistent finish. We should have most of that solved now, and I feel confident in putting the gloss option for the 2016 (and 2012-15) back on our site in the next couple days. Still working on the American Flag design that I know many are looking for.

When replacing the '16 OR grill with one of these, do you need to order a new mounting kit or can you just reuse everything stock?

What kind of lights did you get for this?

 

How much for something like this but the small perf in flat black and TOYOTA as the lettering, no bezel (Barcelona red and lettering installed).

 

I was thinking of a threaded stud on the back of the letters with a steel spacer. It'd be a bit of work, but it could happen.

For just the mesh and 2 tone (barcelona red outside, black metallic inside) letters, it would be $299 + shipping. If you want the letters pre-installed on the mesh, a pinch extra.

 

Hmm I'll have to look into that. I was thinking of cutting something like this to size for each letter and using the goop.

 

Make one like mine so I don't have to Hahahha. People keep asking me to make it lol

Yes, the free tailgate letter inlay promo is still going on. One will be included in your order. I just came back from dropping off some bezels for paint since a couple other Quicksand owners ordered right before you. This should be shipping out next week.

Did everyone allow the full 24 hours for the sealant to cure before they put the grille back on the truck?

 

I find it's usually best let it runs its course. It's possible to cure it quicker by getting a fan on it, but depending on the heat or humidity it'll have different cure times.

 

Good to know. I couldn't find Goop but the parts house did have their E6000 adhesive, and it was dried hard in about 14 hours.
