Change in attitude from the snap this morning, huh?

My alarm goes off every morning to go to the gym. I just don't go. I should. I like it so much more. But...I hate waking up at 5:30. Especially when I don't usually go to sleep til like 12-1.

Looks like it's working. Totes jelly.

No - it's the e coli from all that Chipotle. Just cleans him out and leaves him lean

Nah, you aren't tall and lanky. Super lean, fast metabolism, that's you brah. I'm a mix between endo and meso, so I live on the treadmill.

Maybe I'm a mix between ecto and meso. I was really skinny in highschool. I think I was around 120lbs maybe less during freshman year.

That's my problem...If I could do what I do on the weekends what I do Mon-Fri, I'd be -4% bf. Sadly, I have zero will-power :pout:

Same. I'm not that tall (5'11"), but I'm naturally lanky. I was 140 lbs from like 8th grade through the beginning of college before I started lifting. Long arms and legs too, so even if they are big, they don't even look like it. I gotta get 17-18" arms to even look like I lift

Was tailgating before a football game last night with a buddy and a bunch of his friends. They started talking about a common friend they had from back in the day and how he just saw him at the gym and he had 'gotten built.' Said he used to be fat but now all he does is deadlifts and squats and he was so impressed by his workout and weight. Said 'he was deadlifting 350' in the way you do when you are trying to brag hard.

I was listening with a smirk waiting for the punch line because I knew it was coming.... Turns out this guy is like 6'2", 225#. Bruh...I'm 5'9" 165# and I can dead 350

Had a frustratingly humbling leg day today :bananadead:

Tried to do pistol squats and 1 leg kettlebell dead lifts and realized that I have 0 balance. It was making me so mad. I first tried on a bosu and that failed miserably so I went to just on the floor and still could barely stay upright. Had to use a bench for the pistol squats and had to go so slow on the KB lifts. It was worse when I was standing on my left leg which bums me out even more because I am left-handed:frusty:

So are you ecto or endo? Is it possible to change over time? When I had 17" arms I weighed around 180 but not lean. Right now I'm at 15" at best lol.

Vortex is a bar and doesn't allow children in. When we found out they allow smoking that was enough for me to not go.
