Mine does too now that it's warm outside but I'm hoping that goes away once I install the TRD one

Call Toyota's 800 number tell them you have the symptoms of low fluid and the dealership is refusing to check the level, demand they do or give you a 100k extended warranty.

Bought a softopper on Monday, it was delivered earlier today and I just finished the install. It was pretty straight forward minus putting the folding frame together - a helping hand would have been nice for that. I think my thumbs are bleeding from stretching the canvas over, but what a great product! Fit and finish is top notch. I guess I'll see how water resistant it when what's left of this hurricane hits VA.

They've updated their product since 3rd gens came out. The overall height now matches the cab and the rear window has a bar across the bottom to secure it without using velcro. I bought the boot too, but I'm letting it stretch for a few days before securing it closed.

Do you have a closer, clearer image of the projector area? Are you going to do just a BHLM? I'm ooking to push down the 'squirrel finders' and want to know if I can get to them from the bulb opening. Can't stand those little squares above the cut off.

Idk how close you want or where you want, but it all comes apart pretty easy. Once the housing is separated every part will come apart with screws then the world is yours lol

    I'm doing a BHLM and a 70mm Morimoto XSB.

Lol that's good enough I guess.

There's usually a plate that has a square bent already to an angle. Weird thing is I don't see it from those pictures like you normally would in other projectors. Really don't want to bake my lights to get more investigative (done it before on my other cars... PITA!)

Looking forward to the end result of your retro. Gonna look Killer!

Yeah, the cut off. It's in there but honestly I don't see anyway to get to it without pulling them apart. Definitely not gonna happen through the bulb hole that's for sure.

That just dropped the vale of the truck and you probable will get about 5 mpg less. It should be a IU sticker (increase value) and better mpg.
( just a little fun) not a personal attack.

When they make one with blue trim and blue stitching to match my BBP, then I will take the jaws of life to my wallet and make the purchase.

Looks good! not alot of wrinkles and looks like it
So the color is actually red? Cause that looks orange and like it matches the stitching very well
