About nine hundred to a thousand for the gears and about the same for labor. So right around 2 Grand installed front and back seems like the going rate.

Bilstein 6112 front, 5100's rear with blocks, camburg UCA, 17" XD's with 285/70/17 AT 3's and a blackout front grille.
Whaaat? Are they the 6112's or 5100's?

I have the 6112's on 4th notch and your's looks a lot taller. I'm running 265/70/17's so maybe the smaller tire plays a big part.

Looks good dude! I like the rims.

Hey Sixgun CO, talk to Drew at JT's, tell him Jeff from Wisconsin refered you. He is very knowledgeable. They are Nitros but not sure if they have for trucks with e-locker quite yet. 509 293 4072.

Has anyone run 5100's with stock coils? If so, how much lift and at what setting? How is the ride?

has anyone heard anything about a new 5100? I read some where on TW a couple months ago that bilstein was making new 5100 specific for the 3rd gen, with new/different height settings?

Well I picked the shop that's doing my regear, mainly because he is quite a bit closer than the other place that I considered. Decided to take the advice from several guys at JT's and go 4.88! Scheduled for the 16th. $1750. plus tax. Did really want to spend the money for the regear if I didn't need to, but it's the final piece of this expensive journey. I love the truck and the lift. Can't stand the fact that it constantly down shifts and can't hold 6th gear. I will be terribly disappointed if this doesn't do the trick. Out of ideas and money!:annoyed:

Yeah they are but they aren't worth the price tag. Most things aren't these days though.
