    I just hope it doesn't happen again. This is the second time I've replaced rock lights since the initial install. There's either is a design issue or I got a bad batch. I can't complain that rigid keeps replacing them for free though:D

    They were starting to melt:bananadead:. They were 2 years old and I think the design was bad. The new ones I just received look totally different as far as the circuitry and they're even brighter than the originals. Not bad for a lifetime warranty...:thumbsup:
