    yeah i got this as well, i am rying ot get in touch with toyota to reimburse for floor mats i purchased. either that or new carpeting if they wont. theytold me to take out the floor mats and doing so eithe r2 things can happen, i can get a replacement on my own and protect the carpet, or take them out and let the winter wether ruin the carpeting. does anyone know toyota corp info for this?
