So I have a 2.4L, 5 Lug, and they say I need a 2.7L to install a Magnaflow or a Flowmaster. What do I do, can I still install it?!

Yea you can still install it. Just go to a muffler shop that knows what they're doing.

Yea. What they'll probably do is cut the head off (main can) and weld their own piping to it to make it fit.

Yea. Just don't go to an American shop that does things by the book. Go to one of those Mexican muffler places and they'll get you going. Mufflers are pretty simple. The muffler shop will most likely chop the main can and custom bend some piping for you so it will fit.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
They may have meant they don't carry a muffler with an inlet/outlet small enough to fit the piping on a 2.4L

A muffler is not called a "head."

If they make the whole system for the 2.4 then you should go with that. If not, just get the muffler and they'll use their own piping if you want.
