I just threw a CP 2400+ Dragonite on a gym and wanted to boost it so others can easily throw their mon in there. So I decided to give Weezing (currently We Vape), which is CP 1607. Weezing just got into the red when he took down my Dragonite.

Dragonite (94% IV) - Dragon Breath/Hyper Beam
Weezing (100% IV)- Acid/Sludge Bomb

Eh. After logging over 100km, I feel like I'm past how this would be helpful. lol

 

Candies I guess would help but I bet the shit won't work

 

That would be my only benefit. Choose a buddy that is 'rare' to get more candies for it so you can evolve. I have a hard enough time hatching eggs though so I doubt I will be able to get many candies. Idk if it is my gps or if I just move too fast but it takes way too long to log the right amount of km...

 

Niantic has such a good record for making things work the first time around.

Wild catch, new to the dex. Good IV too. Sucks the CP blows

 

I evolved one during my first mass evolve just for the dex add. CP not much better. I've got enough candy for another now but I'm waiting on a good CP meow first...

Went for a walk with the family and got some new ones. Saw a charmander on the nearby but couldn't walk around to find it. Did pick up my first squirtle, voltorb and magnemite. Also got to level 13...woo.

Yeah been transferring them a lot lately. Need to sit and do a big transfer and also my first mass evolve.

How many CP do you increase by powering up? I hatched a nidoran today and I've got 150 candies. I need 125 to get it to a King but I could power it up a few times first. It's only a 453 right now but if I could reach 600 it would give me a 2k King. IVs are good, just don't want to waste it if I can't get the CP high enough...
