When I started out I liked the idea of singles also. Had the Troy and Specter slings. After trying a BFG Vicker's sling, it's all I use now.

I run the BFG as well. Many friends have moved from 1 point to 2 point - often after their first carbine course. Interesting how that works.

Any length with a pinned and welded flash hider is also legal as long as it is 16" from the bolt face to the end of the flash hider.

Considering another AR build or possibly sell my LWRC M6A2 Upper to do this...Not sure if I want to SBR or 14.5 pinned. Ive been browsing different options, as much fun as a SBR might be not sure if its worth the tax stamp and noise. I travel a lot and its just another thing to do to travel with a gun.

Anyway, found a pic of this and thought it was interesting...cant tell on the barrel length though. minus the optics any thoughts on the specs?

I love my SBR, I would at least SBR a lower just to have, you can use multiple short uppers with one registered lower.

Alright guys, question... before hand yes I know eotech and aim point are the best but I don't want to send $500+. So the question, Holosun 403g, Bushnell TRS25, or PA micro?

    agreed

looks like they sold either a 16" or a 10.5"
I would guess it was the 10.5" but I really dunno

If you travel alot then yes having a SBR can be a pain in ass. If you go same place repeatedly its not so bad cuz the same form 5320.20 can be good for 1 year.

What are you primary using the rifle for? I have used the PA sight and the Bushnell and they are both awesome for the money. If you beat on your rifle alot and/or are using it for HD , then just save up and buy an aimpoint(or similar).
A RDS is not something you want to fail when you really need it.

I know this optic isn't on your list but I put this optic on mine. I love it. At least take a look at it, and I wanna think I spent about $190 on it. Lucid Optics HD7 Gen 3[IMG]

Yeah I get the HD pov when buying and building anything, I just have more than one rifle and don't want to drop $400 on a RDS for each.

Will take a look at this, thanks!
