Board of directors are members.....Board of directors are in many cases parents.....Board of directors won't intentionally commit political suicide.....Society in general, not just the members here, have decided children should not be disciplined by anyone....This is just an example of society in 2016..... Parents don't see this sort of behavior as their problem. It's our problem and we are powerless to deal with it in any way other than to just simply clean up the mess.

Good Morning 50's,Happy Labor Day.Did I ever tell you how much I hate chipmunks, well a lot.I did some concrete repair yesterday, settling damage caused by the chippies. They have undermined all my exterior slabs. I have traps, use poison, used poisonous smoke bombs,BB gun,I just can't get rid of them. I feel like going full Bill Murry on them, find myself talking out the side of my mouth like Carl from Caddyshack. Well enough of my rant, enjoy the day kids, maybe C4,lol

    Good morning, happy Labor day.

It is what they pay you to do. Still the parents have this stupid class mentality in a supposed classless society, and they are pasing it to the next generation. Idiots.

When you shoot one of them just leave him in the same spot for a couple days. Their bro's start getting the idea that its the death zone and will stay away. If you shoot them and then get rid of them quickly, they just think their bro just ran away for some good times somewhere else.

I know it will stink for a little bit when you leave them out for a few days, but small price to pay to get them to stop pestering you.

Sorry about talking death so early in the morning :)

    Morning 50'ers!!!!

Maybe you could show the board an itemized list of cost concurred by the members children actions. I don't know your board but the ones I've had dealings with keep an eye on the bottom line and like to keep costs down. just a thought.

Well, I suppose "fixed" is a relative term. The hood is "fixed", but you can see the blend and overspray from where the dent was removed. It goes across in a 3 foot pattern like clouds in the silver. I think it will buff out, if not it's going to need a respray.
I think he used the old grill and painted the outside edge with texture. That's good, but the insert was badly scuffed in the accident and should have been replaced. I thought the plan was to get a OEM black grill and paint the outside. Everything behind the front looks perfect and straight, just wish he had paid some attention to the details. It cost 4 grand and took 2 1/2 weeks. You would think there wouldn't be any signs of repair. I told him to use new parts, not try to work with damaged stuff.

Long story short.....The worst little punk we have to deal with.....? Her dad is vice president, and after September 25th, likely the next president.

This falls into roughly the same heading as fighting with your wife......The only thing worse than losing an argument with the wife would be WINNING an argument with her....

    Pick your battles.....

Take it back this is what I do for a living he should have cut and rubbed the hood before he installed to make sure blend wasn't noticeable and if it was resprayed. The grill was simple enough he had the money just order the part I don't get how some of these guys work. I'm by no means god's gift to the paint gun however it's a detail oriented job after all what we do is the first thing you see when you approach your vehicle
