Anyone ever take nsane preworkout? Was at nutrishop yesterday and dude was raving about how it's his favorite preworkout and he thinks it's the best on the market

It's their house brand so they'll always push it over others. My wife's uncle owns a Nutrishop so I get to try their house brands at cost. nsane works. I wasn't a fan of the flavor (berry) and I don't personally think it works better than any others. It did its job though. If I had to pay retail for it, I'd buy 2 tubs of Jekyll instead.

I buy huge bags of supplements from bulk supplements.com and make my own pre workout. Almost every preworkout on the market doesn't put enough good ingredients in them and they just put a small amount so they can market their product saying they have it in them. It's the way to go and a couple months worth batch of mine only runs $18-20 depending on my formula that month. It's actually fun cause I can switch it up and mix up ratios month to month depending on what I want to try.

So, time for Zach's weekly 'How I fucked up this weekend' story:

Went camping in North Ga Fri through yesterday. The wife and her sister planned this without consulting us men, so they were oblivious to the fact that college football started this week. To make us happy, they let us bring a tv, satellite, and directv box and said we could watch football all day Saturday. I woke up at 7am Saturday and started hooking everything up, but there were so many trees around that we couldn't get a signal. The park had a common grassy area that was pretty open, so we headed down there and get everything working. To enter/exit the park, you have to go by this area, so EVERYONE was talking about how awesome our setup was and asking if they could come join. We watched football ALL DAY and at like 4pm, some weird church group of all nerdy-ass adult dudes came to this area to play frisbee. To make sure they wouldn't hit our satellite, I went to move it and as soon as I touched it, we lost the signal. We tried and and tried and tried and couldn't get the signal. My nephew, who is a die-hard LSU fan was livid b/c they had just kicked off. We decided at like 5:15 to just pack up and go to the bar. As we were packing up, like 10 different people came down to tailgate with us and were disappointed. Got to the bar and watched the game and like half the campsite shows up, so it still ended up being really fun. Much alcohol was drank after that win :anonymous:

Other than that particular day, I was pretty well-behaved.

TL;DR: I fucked up the satellite and went to a bar to watch the Georgia game

Definitely ecto. If I quit working out, I'd go back to 140 lbs.

Darn, sorry about that. I knew they served alcohol, but I didn't know it was a bar. I have only ever been there for lunch, so it just seemed like a regular restaurant to me. Did you find any other good eating spots?

My waist is most comfortable in a 33", but like everyone else, my quads/hams take up the whole pants. I read about going up a few pants sizes to get more quad room, so I'm gonna try that next time I go pants shopping. Gonna try a 35"-36" (then I'll have an excuse to get fat on this bulk :spy: )

That's why I quit taking that shit. I bought a tub of ON chocolate and it took forever to drink because it was so foamy. I tried blending it, but it still sucked. I ended up selling the remainder to a friend and now I just do whey and peanut butter before bed...you get same effect of slowing digestion without the shitty foam (@sean266 dropped that knowledge on me: fat + protein = slow digestion)

Yep. I have a couple pair of Wrangler jeans I do outside work in and they're super comfortable. 99% of dress pants and blue jeans are from J Crew, but I'm starting to get to where I can't wear them anymore. Hopefully going up in size will help b/c I like J Crew's stuff. I have a few pairs of the Haggar pants and they are super comfortable.

^^^this. I love J Crew, but their shit is definitely tailored to skinny fuck bois. The benefit is all the shirts make me look jacked....but I gotta grease my damn legs up to get into the pants!

I like your style, minus the SEC quip.

    :anonymous:

Yeah, my nephew and his friends are assholes lol.

I don't think I lasted too much longer after sending that Snap lol.

Did some hitt and speed and agility training yesterday at a under armor performance center. One of my buddies is a trainer there and almost killed me. Haven't done any of that kinda stuff in a longgggg time, and I did legs Friday and deadlifted Saturday :bananadead:

Had a body comp machine there and I was surprised to see 13%bf.

I was able to throw 2 45lb plate on either side of the smith machine and bench it 6 times on my last set. I know its not a real 225 but it was nice to see my bench is still somewhat there. Would like to do that on a real bench though.

Took that nsane earlier and it lives up to its name. Me and my roommate took it, went and did chest n tri's and ended up working out for like 2 hours. My chest is fucking spent. It wasn't a cracked out feeling either, just one of those "I could go forever" feelings.

I usually have that for about 30 seconds. Then I apologize, roll over and go to sleep.

I know I am probably late to this party, but Wranglers are the way to go. I haven't worn anything but the 13wmz in about 10 years. I buy one waist size up and they fit just fine. If you all would stop buying skinny jeans you wouldn't have these problems fitting in to your pants.

Went to a wedding in Maine this weekend. Zero lifting, zero dietary control. Although we did go on a 4 hour hike Sunday, which was extremely ambitious considering it was the day after a wedding. Back on the horse tonight after class - squats and bench.

Early, early morning (5 am) is my favorite time to workout, but when school is in I don't get to sleep until 12 or 1, so it's pretty brutal trying to make that happen. The afternoon crash is real, but a little more caffeine and you can power though it.
