What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Washed and waxed today. Also installed the Leitner Designs rack about a week ago.

 

Just got back from a week in the Sierras. Before leaving installed a kbvoodoo rack and TuffStuff Roof Top Tent. Both were bullet proof through some rough terrain. Almost 2000 miles round trip total.









Next up is the Icon Stage 3 lift. Ordering tomorrow!

 

How'd you make that plate holder? Was thinking of doing something like that...

Electronic Side Steps I cannot let the wife see these ! I did a quick search and could not find them for the 2016 Tacoma . Who makes them and how much ? Pretty cool but i bet they are about $1200 ?

 

Hahah they're called AMP Research Powersteps.
Yes they are expensive. I got mines from a shop that buys and installs it. The steps cost me $1500+ and the labor $350+ and the total came out to $1901 exact.

 

My wife saw these on a Ford F150 and said woooowww ,now that's perfect! Why don't you get those. Really cool , but as long as she can still boost herself up I will wait . I wanted to get some frame mounted sliders because I am 250# and she says no , she can get in just fine without anything but the hand grip on the passenger side . We are not gettin any younger though .

Hahahah so true but as long as you have the money you should be good. I mean normal side steps are nice too but I just hate how it sticks out. With the electronic side steps it makes it look more clean

can someone verify that the 2nd gen tacoma bed mats fit ours? and post link of where u got it please and thank you

 

Lots of places, ebay, Amazon, dealer, It will fit, mine did and bed dimensions only changed in height.
