Love that you guys know what widow makers are... spent some time felling tree's on a commercial basis here on Island and they are no joke... you can drop a tree and make for your exit path and get clobbered because a rotten limb didn't like the vibration.... don't watch arborist accident videos on youtube...ever

No we haven't but it was up at my mother's house for quite a while and we just put it down and away yesterday. Justin really got to check it out and was impressed with it.

That sucks. We'll end up with 6 trips this year. The one I'm looking forward to is Maine in October.

Not to toot my own horn but I'm pretty much a genius. I just remembered that I took screen shots of the map as we were going on Saturday, so I can recreate the path

Morning everybody! Back to the grind today....Wish I was still on Moosehead.
Honestly if I could find good-paying job up in that part of the state I'd move there in a heartbeat. I'd have no problem whatsoever living off grid up in that part of the world. Guess I need to find a job I can telecommute to, lol.

I'm heading out to the trains this morning and have a stock height DCLB. I'm sure it's going to be fine. Will let you know how it goes.

Went for a couple of test-drives yesterday afternoon, since all of the dealerships were running Labor Day specials. Tried a silver TRD Sport out but the dealer wasn't willing to budge at all on the price and would only give me $14k in trade for my truck. And since it was a TRD Sport not a TRD OR I wasn't that interested anyway, lol. And honestly I wasn't that impressed with the truck itself, to be honest. Engine felt...Buzzy? Buzzy's the best word I can come up with. And cruising at 55 it had a weird vibration that I can only assume is the Atkinson cycle kicking in? Just felt off.
Wandered down the road to the Ford dealership :anonymous: and test-drove a 2.7 Ecoboost and was actually pretty impressed. Damn little motor's got some sack. Liked the ride of the truck, too, and it's a lot quieter than the Toyota. Around the same asking price, too. Same problem, though. Not willing to move on the price very much, and not willing to give me what I want for the Tacoma.

On the plus side, though, I found out that I've got an 820 credit score, lol.

You'll be fine. See the STI in the background? If he made it you'll make it

Is Ford still running the 0 for 72 month deal? I do agree with you though, Ford did a good job sound proofing their cabs.
