    Installed the AVITY-01 A/V input harness. Really simple and I love that now I can mirror Google Maps through an Amazon fire stick to my screen!

    Sorry I should've put that in the first post. Here's the link to the company page. There's different prices everywhere so I'll let you find where you want to purchase from. The cheapest I found was on eBay. http://cruxinterfacing.com/products/AVITY-01/index.html
    It gives you an hdmi male connector. Then I used a female to female hdmi coupler to connect the firestick which allows screen mirroring without a Wi-Fi signal. Then Viola!

    Lots of work this weekend. Besides finishing off my sleeping platform, I plasti Dipped my Tacoma Bumper Grille and also painted the Sport skid plate with a hammered metal paint.
    Almost have all the shinny crap off the truck.





    Now


    Also got rid of the white sticker and replaced with black


    Tomorrow, the lift kit ill be installed.

    It adds an A/V selection under your audio sources page.

    Once you select it you get this.

    Then you can depress the parking brake, or hold up on the steering wheel directional pad for 5 seconds and it will bypass the parking brake and allow viewing regardless of the vehicle status.
