Yeah turned out decent. I hadn't touched the GoPro in a few years and grabbed as I was leaving that morning.
I do need a bigger memory card. The 32G only recorded about half the day.

The mount was just an suction cup mount with an adjustable arm.
I need to play around with it some more.

Just got home from Gold Mountain in Big Bear, that trail makes Miller Jeep trail look easy, definitley more than I had bargained for haha. Really fun though, great scenery and a lot of technical rock climbing.

Have a strange rattle coming from under my truck now, noticed it on the way home after the freeway when the road noise died down. Really hoping it's not more clutch related BS....when I crawled underneath though and bang my hand against the t-case skid it sort of makes the same sound, so I think maybe it's just a little loose, hope that's it anyway

haha sure thing, I'll put them on dropbox tonight and post up the link here so you guys can download them.

I took some but not too many, I'll post them up in a bit. Going to go give ol' red a good wash down before it gets dark, and tighten up that skid plate...hopefully fix this rattle I'm getting.

At least Toyota warrantied the clutch they put in for a full year, so worse case scenario I've got that going for me.

Hit my skid with Loctite at install and 100 miles later I inspected them. 2 bolts were a little loose. Got em to turn about a flat and a half. Haven't even hit a trail since install. Hopefully just a loose skid for ya.

Edit: I checked them because I heard a mini rattle as well. Figured blue Loctite was good enough. No mas rat-a-tat-tat....for meow

Blue is for hardware you want secure but want to be able to break free from time-to-time. Red is more stout. The package says up to 500 degree heat may be needed in order to break the hardware free

190 is your weight. The pressure at the fulcrum is greater than 190 -- I would imagine. That would be my theory at least. But I'm but a drunken sailor. Don't mind me. haha

Edit: also, length of breaker would be a factor as well.

Pressure would pry be 415 psi on the end of that breaker bar, with a little bounce behind it!

That's right. Just west of 15fwy and south of Lake Elsinore. Would be a fun day trip. Saw some challenging stuff and also 2wd friendly trails.

I'll be out-of-town Saturday and Work Sunday. Friday would work but I know you're a m-f worker, right? Cool to know there's a spot so close to me. The Hat is right there in Murrieta. The OC guys are always going to the location out in OC. Place is bomb!

I just use the 3rd gen included gopro mount. It's not the best spot. But I might have an extension arm that'll fix it. Or I'll just buy a new gopro and use the old one to mount outside somewhere

Yeah I'm back work this week. Check it out when you get some time. I'll probably end up going next weekend to scope it out.

I just drove around for a bit and it's a different sound than the skid plate unfortunately...but on the bright side it doesn't seem to be related to the transmission so I think I can safely say it isn't the clutch. Happens on acceleration and sounds like it's coming from right beneath me, not necessarily exclusive to shift patterns (which would make me think it's clutch related). This trail today was super rocky so I'm thinking maybe an exhaust mount came loose and is rattling a bit.

I have a gopro 3 blk that I'm willing to sell. With a ton of attachments. However, the lcd screen on the camera does not show a visual The remote is how I change the settings. Would be cool for an outside the cab gopro.
