Thats what I just did with the passenger side. Driver side is proving to be a little more difficult.
Im going to cut it at the axle for now. Later down the road, i want to get a different exhaust. But the PO welded a flex pipe to the y pipe/exhaust. So if i want to get it back to being a bolt on, i need to get a y pipe too.

Most likely it will be the 17 as I cant justify buying a 16 when the 17's are out. Right now I'm working with Warrenton Toyota but I have a few dealers competing as I emailed several that same thing......We are very close as I just had the GM from Warrenton reach out to find out why the deal fell apart as I walked away from finance yesterday.

Truly was not my intent but when you pull bullshit I will call you out on it....

These fuckers get "tricky" with the numbers game!

The 17 does have options over the 16 that I like as well.

Oh I hear ya on that, I tend to get a little too vocal when they play that game with me. What set you on off that they said?

Haha I bet they were, it seems like many are eager to get the new 17 so I would imagine they were surprised you had a limit.

My goal is to have the deal done today. But like I told them yesterday I don't need the truck but I would like the truck but if it's not going to happen I guess that's the way it is. I will get down the road just fine as I did before coming here.

I really am trading the truck because i'm at that cross over point with mileage where I will soon take a big hit also the point where Toyota won't sell the Truck as certified ....

Thats also a good point to make with them. Let them know you have no need to purchase. I also like to get pre approved with my credit union so if they give me some crap about financing, I tell them I am already approved at whatever the rate is. Even if you don't trade up, you will still have good resale value on your current ride. These things hold value better than anything I have ever seen.
