just curious why there is not many people out there running these tires? What is going on? issues? dont fit? what is the problem? any feedback would be great because i can get a huge deal on them and i was just wondering why i dont see many Tacoma owners using these tires. Thanks!!!

I think it would be on the side of cost or preference,Not so much fitment. As you can get them in many sizes.Plus how long they will last as M/T are great for offroad. But tend to wear fast on lots of pavement pounders.

I would love to have those tires but they are pricey. I have the Toyo A/T and love them. I think the M/T look mean and amazing

I ran a set of these toyo mt in a size 37x13.50r17 and got over 56,000 on them and they were on my 2002 ford f250 , never been offroad. So they will last , just running them on the pavement. But they are costly!! I still have a spare in my bed , only has like 200 miles on it.

Hope you ODO was calibrated to that size.lol Yeah Toyo's are pricey and some she away from lack of a milage warranty, but I was not implying they are quick to wear just that 50k plus is sometimes alot to ask of M/T's depending on how you use them.

I had the Toyo Open Country A/Ts on my '05 DC 4WD Off Road. They were fine, gave me about 30,000 miles of good tread and no flats. Replaced them with Cooper Discoverer ATR, also fine and about 30 K of good tread life.

I have a superlift truspeed on my my f250 and used a gps to correct set the truspeed , so my speedo and mileage is correct. I added it when I went from 265x65r16 stock size to a 33x12.50r16 size. I wasn`t trying to be mean , just saying that you can get miles out of them, even when you run them mainly on the road. They wear really wel!!

I hear nothing but good things about this tire. Main barrier for entry for most people seems to be price.

try a 275/70/18 thats what i run and i love them, its a 33.5 x like 10.5 the 33 x 12.5 is a really wide tire and it will rub alot. but the tires are deff worth the money. they track great, and look awesome

We use a lot of them at work as replacement tires on trucks and vans, good tire, quiet, good snow/ice traction for a non winter rated tire. You'll find better tires if you look, but its still a good for a do all tire.
