Added a pop&lock this weekend. I used a hack saw to cut a groove in the assembly. By doing this it will prevent the possibility of moving since it only has one bolt to hold it in place. Also, it makes the assembly sit flat with the ridge from the tailgate metal fits in the slot. I used a large punch to make sure it was down on either side. I ran the wiring to the passenger side wires and it works great. Tonneau cover will be here at the end of the week and then I will have a secured bed.

So how did you set it up in the description it says for a 4cl set on lowest setting? I have those struts and coils when I installed set at 0 only got 1.5" lift had to disassemble and move to the second notch .85 setting and it only gave me 2.5" of lift which in fine with but they are advertising 3" lift for a dbl cab on that setting something not working rite idk

I've heard a lot of guys needing a top plate spacer for the full 3inches

Hi Chad click on the link and read through it and it'll say for 4cl 3" on bottom setting idk may be worth a call I don't need the additional lift but would be nice to find out why the difference

I had them set it before they shipped it.
So I assumed it to be a 3 inch lift.
Had the spacers as well as the 1/4 inch shim (for Taco lean)with it.
Had the local dealership install it today.

    Here is a side view

It looks great it looks great of that there's no doubt I'm only questioning their published specs compared to what I actually got. Truck rides and handles better than ever and plenty of clearance. This is a pic with 285's

This is sort of a dummy/noob question, but is the spacing measured from the top of the tire to the bottom of the wheel well? I'd assume so, but assuming is just assuming :). I have the 5100 adjustables, but no AAL in the back, so I'm curious to know how much lift I actually have.

Edit: Wait, tire wouldn't make any sense, because then you could change the lift based on the tire...

    So, what is it then?

I'm good with what I ended up with just curious which usually leads to me learning something I did all the work myself and took pre and post measurements

I simply take reference measurements pre and post making changes. I park in the garage and measure from the concrete floor to the bottom of the wheel opening at the center of the hub then after making the change measure again and find the difference. I first had a 3" strut spacer installed so before I jacked the truck up I measured. Removed spacer and installed strut set at zero. Remeasured after reassembly and there was an inch and a half loss. Disassembled adjusted strut to .85 setting reinstalled everything and remeasured and got an inch back so I ended up with 2.5" lift and a much better functioning suspension

You are always welcome Tony! Nice action shots of the install. Those packs are a beast to work with! I still need a picture with the shot glass :D
