agreed, I might just look at the lower parts, not tear it open. I feel a lot more confident buying an upper w/o BCG and Charging handle, they seem to go together really easy

I second the complete tear down. The take down pins will be a bitch.

You'll be hooked, psa used to sell 3 packs of blems and it was awesome, there's parts all over my garage.

Now that a tacoma is in the drive, I'll be blasting money on it.

Pondered selling one for my rifles for truck parts.

I've got a pretty deep well of potential buyers.

But truck parts don't have much a possibility of being banned or regulated, I'm holding on to them.

:anonymous: I sold a rifle for truck parts a while back. I bought it when I had aspirations of deer hunting, never hunted in my life. It was a 30/30 lever action with a good amount of ammo, got some good coin for it.

Meh I've sold rifles for truck down payment money before

I've found PSA is great for looking at stuff...handling, and figuring out what you want...and then buying online elsewhere...especially on small to medium price point stuff

I rarely shop there at this point...they used to be great but they seem to be getting a bit big for their britches when it comes to customer service (except for the farrow rd store) and awhile back I bought a gun at the other columbia store after they told me it was the only one they could get...next day they had another one in stock and I overheard them tell another customer that it was the only one they could get in...and had raised the price by I think $50

cool! they are great people over there.

I bought my Springfield and my Glock 43 there.
I think the last time we were in there the owner talked to Wyatt for 1/2 an hour. he asked Wyatt about his Ruger single six .22 and told him all about the gun what it was worth and to never sell it.

I can shed some light on this :D

Daria already knows whats up with this from the other thread :p

They copied the entire product line of metal fab that CLR had access to at the time. Rago hasnt released a new product yet because of whats going on. Trust me they have new products and are working on more. I am the test truck and I am headed to their place in two weeks to start getting measurements and stuff fabbed. If you do a comparison on everything CLR has at the moment it is identical except for the missing "R". CLR used to claim they owned Rago up and down until Rago got onto the forums telling the truth. CLR was a reseller of Rago stuff along with a lot of other light bar companies. The LEDs werent ripped off but CLR and Rago were getting their LEDs from the same distributor until CLR decided to threaten the distributor on leaving and now wont even sell the Rago.

CLR fucked over Rago. They are big in California and never really came onto TW until they started getting issues from CLR. Customer's would call and flip out on them because CLR would back order their LEDs and not tell them. Then go silent on emails and the only number they had was Rago's. Trust me I did it before and posted it on their thread so you can read the entire account.

They're new to TW but are developing a lot of new parts! Not just light brackets but full on metal fab.

You can watch all of the youtube videos also and they give all their credit for the mounts to Rago.
