    lol ya I had one with a super strong magnet but when hitting low hanging branches it kept falling over, scratching the roof, and then it finally fell off the side of the truck and I ran it over and severed the antenna cable. Much happier with a hood mount now.

    Just did my quarterly inspection if the truck and noticed this..... I suspect it's due to the lift. Anyone else go thru cv boots?

    mine have had very slight rub marks like that, even with only about 2in of lift, 30k miles and the boots are still intact.

    No. I just cut off the outer clamp and stretched the boot and reclamped it. Should fix it. We will see how Iong it lasts.
