Hey guys I also drive a Subaru Sti and every time Subarus see other Subarus we acknowledge each other with a wave. Since having my Taco and seeing other Tacos on the road I noticed there aren't that many friendly taco owners that acknowledge each other. Or am I just driving in the wrong areas? Lol

Ya i've noticed a lot are too cool for school as well. When I owned my Fox body mustang or even my 98 Cobra I would always exchange waves with fellow 'stang owners. Tacoma, not so much.

Usually I only get waves back from modded Tacos. IMO, the Tacoma is too popular of a vehicle to have every owner being an enthusiast.

There is a wave for every single thing out there. I wave when I see other guys wearing leapord print leotards while riding a unicycle and eating a giant banana while playing a ukulele and they wave back.

People have been seeking meaningless affirmation on this site for a long time. Probably why Bob had to come up with the whole "like" thing.

Hey Ron! The taco greeter / wave master
Agreed, their loss. There's a done up silver 2nd gen that I see near my work at least once a week, I've waved 3 or 4 times with no respone so I gave up on that guy.

If by "modded" you mean a block lift, black 18+ inch wheels with 285/xx/xx tires, and debadged with various stickers on the window I think I know your problem.
