    So I am cleaning my throttle body. I removed all lines... yes labeled and took pictures first. Now I think I removed a coolant line..... Am I now going to have to bleed the coolant line? I have a clamp on it as of right now.

    No should be able to just reattach upon reassembly I would check coolant level before you start it up though

    Agreed. I've taken mine off at least twice. You may loose an ounce or two at most of coolant but no need to bleed.
