FYI, Did you open the drain valves that's mounted on the motor after flushing the radiator to get the antifreeze out of the heater. I only drained and replaced my antifreeze, not do a flush though. BTW, just in case you didn't know, manual says cooling system uses 9 quarts. kinda sucked since antifreeze only comes in gallons.

I also went with the zerex antifreeze with Asian marked on the bottle. Was a perfect alternative to what toyota sells. plus, was cheaper too.got it around $16 a gallon, versus about $25 at servco

6-8 weeks on the backorder. If you really want springs, dont waste your time and money on an AAL. You'll be doing twice the work.
They're backordered 6-8 weeks, so unless they have some in stock it wont happen
Should have asked me for a quote, I'm a king dealer as well.

I called L Brodie's and everywhere else I could think of. No one could get them. weird cuz I see them around so somebody must be selling them. I took Boomkanani's advice and ordered through Amazon.

I'll keep that in mind if it falls through. Ordered mine mid-July and still not sure if they're built yet.

what did you end up getting? and how much was? I know I overpaid for the ST Maxx, but Amazon wouldnʻt ship to Kona, so that sucked.

ST Maxx in 265/70/17. Kinda wish I got 275 for my future lift but need tires now. $265 a tire, what did you pay at LB? The Oahu shop (Queen st) told me they couldn't get them at all. I overpaid on Amazon too compared to what mainland guys get them for.

I'm pricing out lift kits now and looks like shipping alone is gonna be $200-300 for shocks, springs, AAL.

mines was special order cause no one runs a 255/85 tire here. lol. I don't remember the exact total off the top of my head, but I wanna say it was around $305/tire (ordered 5 so they gave me a little "discount"), mounted/balanced/warrantied. at one time Tread Depot had a deal for $185/tire (5 255/85's), but was gonna be $650 for shipping

Anyone here getting their leaf spring recall done through servco? Anybody actually have the new ones installed? I want to wait till after that happens to install my lift.

I had the inspection 2 month ago when the letters first went out and they said should be here in 4 or 5 weeks. I just got off the phone with them and was told the parts are backordered and have no idea when they will be in stock. 1 mo, 6 mo, 1 year...no idea.

Yea. That's what I heard too. I'm ready to pull the trigger on a lift kit, but I gotta wait till after the recall with no estimated date. Chitty.

Shouldn't take that long. I haven't waited more than a month for shocks.
