Based on that pic of your belt, I would replace all the belts ASAP.
I am 99% sure the noise is one of your belts.

Mine did the same chirping noise when I first drove the truck in the am. Went away after a block. Even though the belts appeared tight, they needed to be tightened up a wee bit more to make the noise go away.
Belts can stretch with age and/or get glazed causing them to slip on the pulley.

replace the belts and thank us later :)

That's where I would most likely start by replacing all the belts, I'm about to reach the 150,000 mark! Yet regarding the tightness of the belts, I know im suppose to use a gear reach to reach a bolt that I would turn to make a pulley lose and that's how I'll be able to replace them... hoe would I make a belt tighter?

alternator belt you tighten by loosening the alternator then get you belt to the desired tension and tighten the bolts that hold down the alternator. I believe the other adjustment is either on the powersteering pump and or a/c clutch...same concept. Otherwise if the tensioner is losing tension it needs to be replaced.
