The front end is ugly as hell but other than that's it's a great truck.

I am talking about both of the vehicles in that photo.

Guy in that video HAS to be GTRdone from ROC ... who also happens to have reached his state limit of purchased new vehicles within a year (sans dealer permit). He knew about VCM issues prior to the purchase, and if not ... he did not do his homework. VCM is why I am back to looking at a Taco after seriously considering that RL.

Fine "truck", just not dealing with that Earth Dreams 3.5L ... nor will I deal with the Prius tech-ridden 3.5L that Toyota has on its hands.

Doobiewah from here seems to be quite happy with his, and I'm sure you all remember him from here.

I have owned numerous Honda cars and that is what they should stick to.. you don't buy a truck from a carmaker...

Front wheel drive truck? no thanks.
Honda has some amazing features in the ridgeline (very expensive to get all of them), but mostly tech stuff and eye appealing to someone who will think hidden pockets all over the place and speakers in the bed is cool.
My opinion is that is a perfect soccer mom truck, perfect for taking it to the mall or going to best buy to pick up the tv or do groceries.
As stated before Honda should stick with the previous design and work around it.
FYI My wife drives an Accord and we love it but driving a truck that feels like an accord is not fun :)

The "real truck" of the two has a Lexus car engine and less payload than the other. Guess which one it is?

Due to gov't compliance and Toyota's direction in the US, I am predicting the next Tacoma will be based off of a Camry.

Does the RL have 2 sets of fog lights?

I love Honda! If they made a real truck I would have seriously considered the ridgline instead of the taco I just bought. The Honda is a car with a bed IMO. Plus it's fugly!

I don't think the outer sets are real fog lights. Looks like emergency lights to me...

Lol I am sure real men also don't do any housework and work all day outside to support their families and boss their wives around after work.
