Hey y'all, found my home thread! I'm happy.
Just picked up my taco last week. First new car; or one under 100k miles at that. Anything I should know, or have been missing out on in our area?

 

Congrats on the recent acquisition and welcome to TacomaWorld. From time to time we organize modification and maintinance days at my place to help each other get things done to our trucks so those that know can teach those of us that don't.

You are encouraged to make suggestions about possible get together a for wheeling trips or just socializing as well. Most of use here are also members at the Mo4wd.com site as well and they are regularly organizing get together and events. In fact, I need to share this from them here...

 

I think i might just drive up there to gawk at it for a while. I don't think Pappa's would enjoy my Bommarito sticker still attached though, lol.

Thanks for all the info! I will definitely find time to come to one of their meetings - not too far from my place. Also being taught how to work on my truck more would be awesome. I've never really done anything beyond basic maintenance on my previous sedans.
I'm excited to go fun places in my truck; it's little more comfy than the 4wheeler.

Really could use some help this weekend at the shop getting the new suspension parts on the Land Cruiser so it will be ready for the fall crawl event in two weeks and troubleshooting the Tacoma a bit more. Anyone interested?

Went from an 06 access cab to an 07 sport last week. Wasn't active in the forums before now would like to get to know more people and tacos. Currently living just south of stl in Arnold.
