Chips are good, but it makes it so that someone has to find her and use the wand to get the info, that's why I mentioned the whistle, unless she looses her collar it's a quick track down by yourself not needing others.

I worked at clean freak for a while. Its necessary for the beds to be clean since the blowers are really powerful. If you have rocks or such the car behind you will get em all

I can't tell you how many dogs I've returned to their owners due to having the chip. Maybe 15 in the last 5 years? I see strays around my house I chase them down.

2 dogs didn't have chips. 1 is waiting at a rescue and will most likely die there because he's older and nobody wants him. Great dog but isn't friendly with little dogs or I'd of kept him.

The other was a Chihuahua who was left on my front porch. She currently lives with us.

Regardless of what you do the chip is something that could potentially unite you and your fur buddy again. All dogs should have one imo.

So dropped the truck off last night at autonation Tempe to get my final Toyota care oil change/tire rotation and have them look at the ridiculous squeeking noise the front end developed about 5k miles ago, and check on the rear suspension bushings that were smashed and over tightened making them off centered.

So the said the hood rubber support things (whatever they called it) were to low so adjusting them higher kept the hood from moving which is what was causing the noise, not sure how those would of adjusted themselves down but if that's the case awesome.

Bushings will be replaced in the rear but had to be ordered so will have to reschedule.

So far all the little problems I've had with the truck, the dealer has so far found and fixed in a timely manner, pretty satisfied with the service thus far.

Oh don't get me wrong I support chips, dog safety, and all that stuff I'm just saying sometimes being able to find your loved one before waiting for a Good Samaritan to do it is well worth the money, the time of stressing and wondering where they are and so on can suck.

If you do chip them just know it's going to hurt the fuck out of them if they are awake. If you have to take them in for a teeth cleaning or something that's the best time to do it.

Our vet wouldn't even put a chip into Pickles while she's awake. She's too damn small.

Agreed. I have collars that beep/vibrate/shock and they work up to 300 yards away. But it's manual and you have to control it. So if I'm not home, which is rare, they are useless.

I lucked out as my 2 big dogs can scale the wall but they don't. I've caught both of them trying and both of them learned a lesson real fast.

Yeah, do it while they are not awake. The chips aren't that small. I asked my vet to be microchiped just because I figured it would be funny. But she won't do it. :(

Oh yeah, I know that, but we're talking about things that aren't getting blown out, like a 45 lb weight plate

I went to college 1976-1979, had a couple grants, cost me about $30k total, Got an in my field job (Electronics, and it was HOT at the time), and paid off all loans in under 3 years. Still working at same place 37 years later! Now looking to retire soon.

It certainly is a different job market here in 2016, I'm glad I'n about to step out, as you guys have it much harder in my opinion.

All this and still have a broken sun visor!

College education and whatnot has become a business and not focused on the actual education anymore. Plus the costs have been just unattainable anymore. Its a piss poor business decision IMO to pay lord knows what when the career cant pay off that loans for xx amount of years. Makes no sense.

Cost of college in the US is crazy..... I have a degree in Civil Engineering and it cost me around $1,200 USD
We don't have all the really nice classrooms or computers in every classroom, or fancy labs but there are some really good college teachers and you learn the same...
