    Do you currently have steel wheels? If not it would be a downgrade. TPS are likely included because I don't think the steel TPS is compatible with the alloy wheels.

    I would say no.

    Without much trouble, you can find OEM steel wheels with center caps for around $25 each. The TPMS (circa 2011) is already 5 years old and near the end of its non-replaceable battery life.

    Last year I sold my steel wheels, center caps, lug nuts and TPMS for $225 - they were off of a 2015.

    Wow , yes I have steel wheels . Was going to paint one set and put summer type tread ( highway ) tires and keep my 2008 wheels and tires for winter . So the battery life is almost over ? Mine are 2008 and still fine . I will offer him $200 .

    One reason why I made one of these bad boys to put my tpms sensors in so I can change wheels whenever I wanted! Put it in the storage compartment under the back seat and the light is off!

    If it was the 16 hole steelies I may highly consider that deal, if it was the weird steel wheels with the hub caps also I would not consider.

    Toyota offers a handful of different steel wheels.
