Lol, I think @Rattletrap66 said something a while back about a rear bumper too. It can happen, in due time of course.

I had something similar in mind to this for the front bumper, just in case you wanted some inspiration...

    FB_IMG_1431225095600_zpsmlcjxgss_f10159d325d079d8a06e7e8e34ab549669ec274f.jpg

I like the sort of reverse hybrid style he has with the winch area open and accessible without blindly sticking your hand in a hole that might have a widow spider or two in it...spiders are freakin' everywhere around my house, including widow spiders. It'd make it easier to clean mud and crap off the winch as well.

I'll say it sounds good, tentatively. I sort of have a non-specific commitment with @SpruceTaco to bring Natty by so he can help me get her all shiny (compound some spots, clay bar, wax, etc), but it's based on when he has time to do it. If I don't hear anything from him by then, then we'll do it.

I received yesterday the front clamshell and rear third member from ECGS. After talking to one of the guys at ECGS installation seems pretty straight forward, so I'm thinking about installing the rear third member next weekend. If anyone is willing/able to help, an extra set of hands would be great.

Not making any promises, but if I don't have any fires to put out around the homestead, it might be a good excuse for Natty's first road trip!

Unless the ADD system overly complicates matters, the front isn't too bad either...well, as long as we don't have to take the CVs out of the hubs. That's kind of a PITA I think, but I don't see why we couldn't just take the spindles loose from the LBJ and pop the CVs out of the diff. Of course, Spencer is running a DB, so that might make things even easier...maybe.

The more help the better because I've got a wheel hub I'm replacing and need to reinstall my dirt logic coil overs. Knocking all those out in one day would be fantastic.
Yeah there's a few steps we could skip
*no stock skid plate to remove
    *no sway bar to undo

Well, crap. So much for not having to remove the CV from the hub...at least on one side. I've only attempted that once and it was unsuccessful, however, it turned out to be unnecessary for the job that needed to be done anyway. I am hoping the DB gives you a little more room to wrestle the front diff out. Mine was sort of a PITA because the pinion flange wouldn't fit between the oil pan and the steering shaft. I ended up pulling the flange, but it might have worked better disconnecting the steering shaft. :notsure: The drop bracket should negate that issue (I hope) even if it did exist on a 2nd Gen.
