    its one of the retention douche e7's here on Fort Lewis, he called me today after i walked out of his office.... there is a spot for me! in fucking Visalia..... told him he is high as fuck if he thinks im going to make that damn drive everytime. but i will definitely be in there tomorrow hopefully, either to tell him to suck a fat one, or to contact the ones you mentioned. i am 15 days short of 8 years when my ETS hits. what are my options as far as enlisting once on terminal? can i just walk to any recruiter and join up as NG? or should i wait until im completely out? idk what the hell to do haha. All i know is that im not driving all the way down to Bakersfield area each time

    my girl will be working at the new BWW over by the mall i believe? dont really know where it is for sure... but me and her will be living right off of Oak Grove RD and Treat BLVD... house looks pretty decent. kinda nice because the backyard butts up against woodside elementary school

    Been a while since my recruiter days, which was for Officers coming into the guard. I would be afraid to give you incorrect info with regards to terminal vs waiting and coming on after. I can do some digging; one of my best TLs I had in my plt transferred down to A Co in Visalia and is a recruiter, let me reach out to him and see what he thinks.

    And yea, I totally know what you mean about the drive. The BDE CDR asked me to go to an XO spot down for the 1-160th (SoCal) Bn. Nope, that's a 7 hours drive, not doing it, especially since the Guards 'one weekend a month' is a guideline, and most of us find ourselves doing something almost weekly. (just a heads up)
