Sort of. The wires near the plug are burnt out so they are still getting warm. Nothing where I have to worry about it burning anything down, but I won't have peace of mind until I fix it.

I've been searching off and on but haven't found anything that has tickled my fancy yet. I've found plenty of places that will sell me the entire harness it's just still too expensive to the 5 inch section I need.

I was just at a bunch of junkyards yesterday and didn't see a single 6 lug Taco. I wonder if the wiring harness is the same between other models? There's a 4th gen 4Runner and an FJ Cruiser in a junkyard in Phoenix.

So interest rates are 3.25 and the PMI % was pushed down to .8 last year. Now im faced with the decision to refi or not. It would save me about 110$ a month but I go back to 30 years.
I have no plans to keep this house so dropping the payment seems to make sense. Then i just wait for the equity to rise even more and sell it.

    Decisions decisions..

I guess look at the cost to refi then see how long that savings per month will take to even. See where that puts you into how long you plan on staying where you are.

Im at about 20k in equity according to comps and id only really be adding back a year since my last refi. 1320$ a year in savings is significant and even more so over 30 years. I had hoped to go into a standard and dump the FHA but that will take more equity.
This interest rate can also be transferred if i sell the house. So if in 2 years when/if I sell thats a nice perk for the buyer @3.25% (assuming they have good credit)

We just refi'd, well worth it in the end. It's a lot of hoops to jump through, but we locked in at 3.25 and shaved a shit ton off our PMI. In the end, almost 230 bucks a month. Perfect since my Wife took a pay cut when she made the decision to go to a district school to start aquiring a retirement.

BTW, Avondale is handling my Tacoma quite well so far. The service advisor knew all about the transmission low oil problem so he is going to level check and fill along with applying the updates. The hood will be a longer, more painful process. I have to bring the truck back on Tuesday morning and get a loaner truck since they are aiming towards a whole new hood. If they do end up replacing, I am going to see if I can pay the difference for a sport hood out of pocket while they are replacing it. Could end up being a good thing.

Also need to factor in how much they are charging you to refinance and do the paper work, as well as the guy doing the appraising, then do the math on how long it takes to pay that off with that $110 savings, and see if your in the range of still being in the house that long. Also when you refinance back to the 30 your back to paying more interest again vs your principal that's how they get you with the we don't charge to refinance if it's one of those.

MT stuff, RTT stuff, the usual.
I feel you on those decisions. At 4.25% with about 55k in equity. Not sure if I want to redo or just stay where I'm at until I decide to keep it and rent it out or sell it.

Couldn't get in to that stats class I need. I'm very unlucky when it comes to getting into classes that are required. It should definitely be GPA based. Higher your GPA, higher your priority getting into classes you need. So I have a pretty light load. Just got a job to fill up some time.

Which stats do you need? 301?

Its based upon class level. Its helped me out for sure having priority from my CC years. I wish i couldve taken at least 1 class over the summer. However, they dont offer anything for me at this point.

    Where you working at sloot?

Also, stats was the worst class evar! I barely passed it and i was there every day and studied my ass off. I hated it with a passion.

Of course anything math with me is horrible. Quantitative Methods as well as 400 Finance made me rethink my degree a few times

Ya I think it's 301. Freshman year I had the option to move up to technically be a sophomore and I didn't do it haha. Regret
I'll send you a text

I'm not a fan of stats but supposedly this one is pretty easy
