Fond memories huh? Ehhh

 

I'm old.. shut up

 

My fond memories are drinking and staying at the turtle inn or whatever the name of the place is with the big turtle in it. But I still go down there 3 or 4 times a year. My best friend lives there.

 

My sister's first husband was from there. They owned what was known as "the pink house" aka Thompson's Sports Center and Marina (destroyed by Hurricane Fran in 96). I worked at the Surf City Water Slide for a few Summers. Sadly, the waterslide was also destroyed by Hurricane Fran. My Mom lives in Hampstead now which is just down the road a bit.

 

Only ever been once, stayed here.


I'm no artist or engineer but I think this will work.

Portaband, then buy the portaband table later..

 

Chopsaw on the way, it'll do small projects, straight cuts, and costs less, new blades $16.

Got some of the oil stains off my truck (some asshole left a 5gallon jug of used oil on the trail).. Cleaned it with simple green and then used my DA polisher with some Maguiers Cleaner Wax. Took out some of the scratches from Kentucky too.
