So just measured my tires for curiosity today with a depth gauge and I have 3100 miles on them and they same 14/32nds new and all 4 have 12/32nds now. Really strange how they rate these tires are 55,000 mile tread wear. Hell at this rate these tires will be 4/32nds at about 15k miles......

Don't get me wrong so far they have rode great and performed very well in dry and wet conditions and some dirt and gravel but just kinda crazy they are wearing this fast!

What size, load and pressures are you running? Is it consistent wear on all?

P 265 75 16's, constant 35 psi all around. I'm a freak about tire pressure and I check it like 2 or 3 times a week. Even 2/32nd's wear on each tire also!

Thanks for sharing, keep the forum posted on your treadwear, multiple tests and real world shows about 65k to end of life on the P-metric versions, but we would love to see some additional real world examples. I now have 10k miles on mine and they show about 1/32nd wear... (I have the LTs...)

Great pics and info, keep it coming!

    265/75/16 - P's

Haven't done my lift yet. Just bought a house so don't have the extra funds right now. So, these will be a respectable temporary solution until I get 33s. After the last few winters, I need a better performing tire in the winter months. Hoping I can sell my take-offs... only 3k miles on them.

Anymore updates on these? I have a set of 285s waiting on me at a local Discount Tire but still kind of on the fence based on the user reporting rapid wear for the P-rated version. Part of me is telling me to stay with the Toyo AT IIs I have now b/c I've gotten ~56k out of them with around ~4/32" tread remaining. Decisions...

I got mine mounted the other day and I'm really happy with them so far. I ordered from Discount Tire Direct so I got the Labor Day deals + Tread Lightly membership rebates. All together it came out to be $420 for all 4 mounted and balanced.

Good to hear. Those look great. Which is good b/c I keep hearing everyone claim that they look even better in person. My other holdup is the little nagging "adult" voice in my head telling me to go back down to a 265/70/17 for better shifting and a few extra MPGs. Granted a completely different issue but still a factor nonetheless. Life is tough.

I haven't gone through a full tank yet so I can't comment on my MPGs but they ride nice and are quiet. The guys didn't have any issues balancing and they track strait as well.
