I found with the aal i was still getting quite a bit of axle wrap and wheel hop. Full pack took care of that.

Haha agreed. I just need to figure out what I'm doin first. Lift or locker...hmm

and all the other stuff lol...I'd like to get the lift out of the way first since it would be the biggest bite outta my pocket, gone.

Id go 4.56s personally. I mean. You spent the money to make it that much faster then your gona put 33s on it. To put in a posi/locker its gona take up most of the costs to install gears anyways

Well it's not like I can't regear later if need be... I think I'll go Lift>Locker>Regear

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
I didn't have any issue with my AAL but it was pretty thick, 1.5" lift IIRC. I ran it for 2 years but it was so stiff, I eventually got some OME leafs which ride much better. Funny enough, I get some wrap with the OME.
I'm still running stock 4.1 gears on my 33's and I'm running 285 re-treads which weigh a ton. 4.1 is just fine but 4.56 and 4.88 have more fun factor.

3.91. Id never want to go bigger than 32s with it. Within a few percent difference from 33s and 4.10s.

Maybe learn to drive within your vehicles limits than blame the hardware :notsure:. And lol at that closing statement, nice job dude . I can't wait til you actually put on those coilovers you so adamantly defend while not having any real experience with other than through you pals truck you've never actually driven. Do some "research" yourself ;).

If ya'll wanna fight/discuss this further go do it in PM's otherwise I could care less about your disagreement. From what I can tell? MT & LT are far better than stock. Billies are a step up from stock and OME is a step above billies. Am I wrong? I dunno probably I ain't got a clue about suspension, but that's why I'm here, To learn. And I haven't made any concrete decisions either as I'm still researching.

I would run 32" or 365/75/16's. I run beefy mud 32's and they are pretty cumbersome. 265's will be like 1/2" shorter. 33" tires are quite an investment, you'll need a big lift, largely offset wheels and you'll still have some clearance issues not to mention all of these things are going to wear out your truck at a faster rate. 4.56's are a waste of money, regears are very expensive and 4.56 is barely shorter than 4.10. That said 4.56 would feel just about right with 33".

That lift you linked is the one I was referring to, seems a little pricey-er than I recall. The different coils have varying lengths and spring rates. A longer coil will give you more pre-load for a heavier bumper, etc, and a higher spring rate will be stiffer ride (essentially sacrificing low speed stability for high speed stability, or low impact vs high impact). It comes with a new rear leaf pack as well which is pretty highly rated by everyone. Aside from being a great lift that doesn't affect your trucks longevity, it's also very affordable.

I run bilstein 5100's with stock coils and I couldn't be happier. The only thing that gets to me is the shock fade after a long term trouncing which is what a bigger shock (more oil volume) gets you away from and hence my rant on that. I have All Pro Offroad's 3" standard leafs in my rear and I can't really say much for them. They seem very stiff and can't keep up with my front end when I'm really on it. Likely build to hold a bed full of equip.

Theres a lot of debate over OME vs Bilstein front coilovers but I would say they are on the same plane. Still advise against anything labeled "mid travel." If you can get a set of uniball UCA's second hand for around half the cost (~$400) I'd say jump on it but those UCA's can be paired with most any coilover, billy's included, and you'll be in that pseudo "mid travel" bracket which is like 1.5 more inches than stock.
