Listen to the wisdom. I have a set of body hammers that can get that massaged out enough to not interfere with your door. After that, it's just cosmetic.

You'd be surprised what 2wd locked can do Gorman really fun and it's always nice to offroad with someone that's 4x4 just in case you need a pull

Not yet man. Hurts me to do it. And makes me think it would be harder to repair if I start hitting the metal back down

Yeah I just took a rubber mallet to it, to get off the door. I might just live with it. I just need touch up paint so it doesn't rust. But I did get a bunch of quotes today and I'm not as fked as I thought. The one auto body shop I really trust said $600 out of pocket.. I was expecting $1200-1600 so I feel a lot better
So $600 for the repair and $600 for sliders. Equals a nice $1200 set of sliders lol

Anyone free this weekend to help isolate a rubbing issue.
The new tires aren't hitting the body or cab mount or the UCA as far as I can tell.
It seems as though its rubbing in one spot on the inside as the tire rotates and as near as I can tell its only on the drivers side.

Is it loud? Could be the plastic at the bottom front edge of your inner well. Does it happen when turn and braking? If so, I believe mine just took care of itself. Or maybe I trimmed it. I'll check...
