Ok @medic2230 collect the pro tips and you'll have most of the recipe. I like to use fresh peppers, onions and celery. I also use a couple canned veggies that are easy to guess which. I left out two ingredients used to make the queso more creamy and less thick. One is easy to guess, the other is a soup and part of its 3 word name has arleady been mentioned in this post.

 

Small can. It's optional. When you've been making the same thing for so long, you tend to experiment with the recipe and make tweaks here and there. Some tweaks are optional. It's up to you to decide what you like and don't. One version involves guacamole in the queso

Like I said it's not the exact recipe but it's damn close and you'll have to do some common sense guess work to get some ingredients. Also keep in mind that it's a process to cook 2 of the 3 cheeses. You either need a lot of patience or a sauce pan. Don't just drop it all into the crock pot, or it'll come out weird and chunky and not melted right
