I was originally using an Engel on my kayak, but swapped to a cheap softside because a) I'm not on the kayak for 10 days at a time, b) the interior volume vs overall size of the performance coolers really isn't worth it (unless it's a multi day excursion), and c) the Engel weighs 18lbs empty and the softside weighs maybe one pound.

Ball joint spacers and lift blocks, am I doing it right?
I haven't ordered it yet, waiting for tax time. My current motor actually works great and will hold me over until then.

Did some playing around with the truck today. First time driving it in a while and needed to get some things ready for citrus next month. Found a monster leak somewhere near the windshield wipers... I took a fast turn a probably half a gallon of water poured from underneath the dash :confused:. Also got some new noises coming from the trains/transfer case area.

The Chevy is my buddy Josh's truck. He may try and get it done and come to citrus with us :D

What are those wheels and tires on the Chevy? The side lugs go all the way to the wheel? And the other wheels don't look that big? Must be optical illusion. lol.

So that's all tire? That's crazy looking. I guess the forklift is pulling the tire outward.

Yup, 39.5 pitbull rockers... 16" wide I think... I don't remember but the wheels are only 9" wide so that's probably what's making it look so weird haha

You can get in at 98 and High corner Rd. Oh, It goes without saying most or all of the fun stuff is technically of limits.

That's awesome. Thank you much for that. And I've been forewarned about staying on the trails out there. Is it just a fire road access I'm looking for?

What Guy said. Or you can go in on the east side on Croom Rital Rd.
    image.jpg
Just take it all the way down and you can will see some trails. Twin Pond is a good start

No it will just turn into a dirt road. If you go in at high corner, just go straight through the curve but watch for cars of course. It will turn to gravel then dirt.

Great. Haven't been up that way in some time so it should make for a great day. I appreciate the help and maybe I'll see y'all out there one day. I plan on making multiple trips to wherever I can go.

Sounds good, good luck and make sure you have recovery gear. Also some holes have deeper ruts than you think, just ask @LOUMO lol he was stuck out there solo
