Hand doesn't touch the UCA but it does come close.

Looks like its rubbing on the inside here in this picture.

That is just the little rubber pieces that hang off new tires.

are those aftermarket wheels? I noticed stickon weights center of rear wheel. Make sure they are not rubbing on the caliper.

If not that check brakes and rotors. But definitely remove the tire and inspect for rubbing.

If I heard your audio clip correctly it sounds more like metal and metal rubbing rather than tire on anything.

Best thing to do is take the wheels off. Check for anything clean or shiny- a clear sign of contact especially on a dirty truck. It might be something simple like the brake dust shield which can bend easily. It does sound like something on or near your wheels/hubs as opposed to suspension components or tires.

They are the TRD Baja Wheels and this exact thought just came to me this morning.
Unfortunately I don't have a jack tall enough now to lift the wheels off the ground.

I'm going to go take it back to the tire shop and see if they can take the wheels off and make sure nothing is hitting the caliper or the rim.

I was back under the truck this morning and everything has good clearance from the suspension and the tire.

The second row of weights they put on has a nice shiny contact patch going across them.

    Thanks guys.
