nope no alignment still, trying to find out why my truck is overcharging the battery and giving me issues after issues.

 

Weird. I've never heard of that happening.

 

yup, already put in another new redtop and ordered a new alternator to be here tomorrow. hope it fixes it, i want to get it aligned and start showing it off.

 

I would want to to if my truck was that sexy.

 

so what do you guys think about doing a meet up next weekend?? 23/24th? Meet up somewhere show off the rides and than get something to eat? Let me know what you guys think is that weekend doesnt work we can try the weekend after that. Let me know.

 

I would like to meet up just to talk to someone that knows there stuff about tacomas, and different mods i want to do but dont have much knowledge in.(just got my tacoma few months ago) I just got my magnaflow muffler welded on today and my AFE Pro Dry s drop in in the mail...looking forward to seeing if it makes any improvements. Next im ganna try to paint my wheels black and maybe try the BHLM is i can find the balls to put my headlights in my oven! Im pretty sure im ganna buy a grillcraft grill next week and put a toyota emblem on it, then in about a month try a 3inch lift( dont know much about lifts and which parts i need to buy though).

 

i will be in gainesville on the 24th for the import face off(IFO). car show, racing, burnout contest. will be a good day.

 

All the mods you just listed are very easy to do. i have done the BHLM and the wheels and its all very easy. Let me know if u want some help and i will be glad to help u out with them. The other jason and i r working on our trucks this weekend. we are doing the breather extension mod. If you want to come out im sure we can get your wheels painted that day. I think i have some cans of paint laying around. We could do a mini mod day.

just ordered some HIDS. Got 55W 6k for the headlight and 35W 3K for the fog lights. Prob be a few weeks before they get here but i cant wait.

 

That would be great! What is the breather extension mod? And what day are you doing it this weekend cause im going to Orlando tomorrow for the surf expo and wont be back til probably sat night. I would love to come learn alot from you guys. where are you ganna be?

 

It relocates the breather from on top of the axle to the behind the gas door. The purpose of doing this is because if the axle is submerged it will suck in water in it's current location.

We are doing the mods on Sunday at 2:00 pm. It will be at my place. I live on Fleming Island.

 

On the rear diff there is a breather right on the top. and we are extending the breather up higher so it wont suck water into the diff if you go through deep water. I did and my diff fluid was so nasty so i need mine up higher.
