That's what I've been doing and holy spit everyone's got a favor. That's how I discover new places on my way to those quests. But I've got maybe 25 or so places I've found

 

Anybody wearing the Marine Combat armor ?

 

I am.

Granted, it's a bit moot since I'm normally hopping around in a jetpack X-01 suit, but still. It's the best suit I've found so far, fully modded anyways.

 

I'm just doing the " Find the marine armor " side quest right now , I'll probably upgrade to that stuff once I mod it

Oh and I found a Legendary laser rifle with unlimited ammo

 

Sadly, the version with the best stats is the Zealot's ones, and they look like the CoA's armor, so it looks kinda crappy. Another good reason to stay on the power armor

 

Isn't the Assault Marine armor higher stats ?

That IS the Assault Armor I'm wearing. The upgrade to it at the Armor workbench IS to the Zealot's skinned version.

 

Am I reading this chart wrong ?

Sorry, I mis-spoked...Inquisitors, not Zealots. That's my bad there.

But yes, this is what the Inquisitors "upgrade" at the armor workbench looks like.

The worn armor is the Inquisitor's armor from Far Harbor (quest line in Acadia IIRC)... see Oz's link upthread for the wiki page

The blue power armor is the Quantum X-01 from Nuka World

 

Obviously not the nuka quantum power armor... remember we got that about the same time, you beat me by a few hours actually.

 

So I got all the Marine Assault combat armour and I modded it all to ultra light , but did not mod it to Inquisitor because that only adds 1 point . My chest piece is the Atom's Bulwark Legendary marine armour , I'm not wearing the helmet because I use a ballistic weave cap , and with my ballistic weave military fatigues my stats are 377 , 401 , 100 and the armour only weighs 34

 

I was a little bummed to find that the Fisherman's Hat isn't applicable for Ballistic Weave

I wanted to get a Marine Armour Henry Blake vibe going on

 

I'm bummed that a fuck ton of things can't use ballistic weave. I wanted to be a cowboy

 

So after 80 million hours of gameplay , I just found the Chinese Sub in Boston Harbor , lol

 

I also just killed Shipbreaker yesterday haha
