That's more of a question for your wallet.
Lots of guys on here seem to have cartel size bank accounts.

Most every situation works best if you throw money towards a professional.
If not you could buy lamin-x film or spraypaint vht niteshade on them.
    Light output may suck.

What kind of smoked lights are you looking for? Smoked lenses? Smoked reflectors? Black headlight housings (BHLM)?

Something like the Pro lights, on the right?

    headlight.jpg

Many aftermarket lights are going to be garbage, especially the lower priced ones. CAPA and OEM are the only way I would go.

The pro lights are cool but could not find them for my year 2005 and wasn't sure if the 2015's would fit

They won't fit a pre-2012. I was just trying to understand the look you were going for.

What about 2009-2011 OEM TRD lights. The headlights on my 2009 Sport were factory smoked. Looked great.

Yeah, I ordered three sets and two are Chinese junk and way to dark and just ordered a clear set from SPPC because their taillights are excellent but stopped selling the 2005 smoked headlights. But when they arrived the side deflector was orange instead of completely clear which they advertised and ticked me off. So, I have 3 sets that need to go back. Lol three bills and no satisfaction. Lol

Wonder where I could find them and what they run. I imagine if their OEM they are going to be like 3 to 4 bills

Yep. Exactly. Best quality you can get and correct optics for maximum light output.

Get the part number and search. In the headlight thread in my sig was where I found it to be the cheapest for the pro lights. Yes they will be more expensive, but you will buy garenteed quality once, instead of Chinese crap three times and still not have a quality product.

That is worse than cheesy, not to mention detrimental to light output. Which, you know. Is the headlights only job.

To be clear don't order the ones in my thread, as they only fit 2012+.

I love when people go and spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on headlight projectors, and auxiliary lights. And then they go and smoke their headlights so that they don't actually work as well. makes no sense to me.
