Glad your all fixed sente3. Wish I'd have known you guys were working outside, you could've used my garage.

I guess if we really wanted to, we could have moved a bunch of stuff and made room in the garage here, but there's more room on the sides of the truck with it outside. Very cramped in this garage.
But if weather doesn't permit for some future job, perhaps I will take you up on that.

Went on a charity run today with my car club to the 9/11 memorial today. We went to the 9/11 Tribute Center and got a guided tour of the memorial. A few pics from today, and one of me and the wife from the bow of my boat with the Twin Towers in the back ground, totally unplanned. Was weird to find it in an old album years after the Towers were hit.

That's a helluva ways from the main seal. Lemme know if you need help. My father owns a differential company. I'm pretty good with them. I wouldn't attempt a DIY repair but I can def. help diagnose..

Rear diff is a lot better then the rear main seal.

Pics? Mine turned out to be the trans oil pump gasket not the rear main seal... The trans fluid was turning golden brown due to the dirt under he truck.

How you get those 2 mixed up? lol. Rear main seal is between the transmission and the engine... Its actually on the engine its the seal on the crankshaft that keeps the oil in.

Well, my 33" spare tire fit up under the bed with a little cutting. Figured I'd throw the 35" spare up under there tonight. Nope. Hits the diff and the rear bumper reciever. Probably not news for anyone who's already tried this.

I really should've bought my rear bumper with a swing out. But, this is my third rear bumper. I'm not changing it again... Looking at those Wilco tire gates right now. I've spent WAY too much money recently to just buy one.

I'm hoping to sell my stock T-case with actuator, and my tailgate to take the sting out of buying the Wilco. We'll see I guess.

Shoutout to @stairgod for welding my bumper and helping me make a sale!

10 hours of driving is too much!

I'm in the same boat. I like to use my bed extender, but the spare in the bed is getting old too.

In that case, close the swingout and open the glass on the cap? Driving with the swingout open puts too much stress on the welds for the hinge. Especially on NJ roads

Or take the swingout off. Someone needs to figure out a quick disconnect one
