2016 NCAA Football Thread

Wasn't the best look for UGA today. Weren't they favored by about 100? Win is a win, as our Vol fan is so fond of saying, but damn. I guess everybody is prone to having letdown games.

We're currently tied w/ W. Kentucky. 2nd and 29 and we're running the ball. Sheesh.

 

I know we had to have a hard time getting up for that game but what was so hard to watch was our o line couldn't do anything. They have some huge guys on the d line but still feel we should've handled them a lot better. And we need someone to step up a wr.

 

Through almost 6 quarters of play, Alabama's defense has outscored its opponents 14-9 in 2016.

 

Our o line is awful. I said the same thing last week. I don't understand how there were people running free into our backfield and hitting our backs behind the line. Chubb is great, but even he needs some help from the line.

 

I really hope SC can keep it from being a total blow out. It's not starting off well.

if you look at Nicholls d-line, they HAVE 2 SEC caliber lineman marcel andry 300 lbs and ronald ollie 310 lbs. both missed out on the sec because of academics. THEY'RE great and they run a 4-3 and have 2 of those guys makes it really hard to run because they take up 2 o lineman a piece.

im a dawg fan, so im happy. but if we lost, i wouldnt mind it being to them 2 fella's. hell of a ball team to be honest.

Same. That would've been awesome. It doesn't matter who's getting the big check on the sideline, this is how UGA has always and will always play. It's always hilarious to see the somber mood when UGA loses a home game. I'm sure it's the same everywhere, but these entitled suburban folks stroll into town and trash campus, win or lose, but OHHH boy, if UGA loses, they just go apeshit on everything. It's bonkers. Studies show local crime hoes up when UGA loses. College football is some strange magic.

 

Hope you all wipe the floor with UVA...
